I'm shutting down my computer in a couple of hours, packing up and moving to Heidelberg. Should be back online by Saturday evening Central European Time.

Do we have an estimate of when we will get our starting map?

You will not get to see the whole map, only the titans know the whole map. Expect the first turn in a week or so

I will get to see the whole map as soon as I get my Foolamancer, Lookamancer, Thinkancer link set up... probably somewhere around Turn 60 or 70. But, I was only asking when I would get to see my little part of it.

I'm in Heidelberg now and the Internet connection in the hotel works.

Well, presumably not the whole map. But certainly a good portion of it.

That will still be limited to a certain range..

Heading to the Black Forest for Christmas and New Year in the morning. I will be able to check the forum there, but might be a bit slow if we start doing turns during the holiday season.

My mother-in-law has ISDN twin line, which is considerably slower than DSL.
