Titansdangit, this game just won't stay down will it ;D? Seriously though, hey everybody, yes I'm still alive (and being murdered by my exams).

Hey everyone, your friendly neighbourhood Titan speaking,

First of all, I want to say I am sorry for going AWOL all of the sudden. I had (and still have) a lot to deal with, including the possibility of failing school if I continued my "extracurriculars".

It is for this reason that I decided that it would not be fair to you to remain in the position of Head Titan while there is major risk of me going AWOL again. Therefore, without much further ado, I have decided to transfer full admin rights to Shusagi and make him our temporary Head Titan.

A new hidden loyalty stat has been added. How this stat works exactly is only known to the Titans.

-Specials
The mount and rider specials are now mutually exclusive (no more horses riding horses for you)
The builder special now grants a 5% bonus to the building speed of improvements per level (maxing out at 50%).
The frightening special will now only have effect when a unit in the two fighting stacks has the special, not when a frightening unit is in the hex.
