[SIDE] Snowpoint
Titanic Note: This is Nihilas side, I reposted it to the proper topic
Note: Sadly, I don't own Pokemon (yet). Though I hope to solve this problem in the future, for now, this post is based largely on Nintendo's Pokemon franchise, copyright 1995-2010, and I'm not profiting off of this, so I don't think there's ground for a lawsuit.
There may or may not be multiple links to Serebii.net in this post. (And more will get added later, as I find out how to shoehorn in more references.)
Side Name: Snowpoint--Royal
Ruler Name: Candice
Favored Terrain: Tundra
Description: A group of acute Trainers, working to bring peace to Erf, prosperity to their side, and death to their enemies. Not as pun-based as the rest of Erfworld, they are instead blatant references to a popular franchise. Is required to capture all cities on Erfworld, as exemplified by their motto "Gotta catch 'em all!"
Livery: Apolar bear Froslass hiding in a snowstorm. (i.e., white, white, and more white)
All stats in H-A-D-M format
-Infantry-
-Special-
-Naval-
In the future, I might edit in some pictures from the official sites to add fluff for little or no work. Not today, however. Maybe tomorrow.

- Spoiler:
- Stabbers: Medicham: 5-4-4-3, Tundra Capable. 30 upkeep.
Medicham are fighters, using psychology as well as force to outfight enemies. Which doesn't make them any faster.
Pikers: Glalie: 7-2-7-0(2), Tundra Capable, 20(30) upkeep--costs 50 $ to promote from Garrison.
Glalie are adept at waiting... and waiting... and waiting for something to come along, and then at just watching it try and try and try to even scratch their ice-hard "skin." If only the silly things could, you know, fight back.
Archers: Froslass: 5-9-0-0(2), Tundra Capable, Ranged, 30(40) upkeep--costs 50 $ to promote from Garrison.
Froslass can attack, no one doubts that. In fact, when deployed behind lines of Glalie, the combination is deadly. Otherwise...
Scouts: Delibird: 3-1-0-10, Scout Range=6, Tundra Capable, Flight, 30 upkeep.
Though they might look like Santa Claus, don't accept the present, stupid. It's a TRAP!... A bit of a weak one...
Knights: Trainers: 10-4-4-5, Rider, Tundra Capable, Ranged, Limited Dollamancy, Leadership, 90 upkeep.
Brilliant tacticians, excellent at finding useful items in the snow--or making them--and able to use modified Pokeballs to attack from range! What more could you want!... Well, there's Attack and Defense, but...
-Special-
- Spoiler:
- A-units: Weavile: 6-5-3-3, Rider, Ranged, Tundra Capable, 40 upkeep.
Rumored to travel at night, these Dark-type assassins are untrustworthy and insane. Which is sometimes okay.
B-units: Piloswine: 6-3-3-5, Builder, Surveyor, Tundra Capable, 40 upkeep.
Their mastery of the earth allows them to draw up the ground into fortifications, and to increase production of many Resource Points.
C-units: Glaceon: 6-7-3-4(12), Fast, Ranged, Mount, Tundra Capable, 80 upkeep.
Unusually fast specimens of Glaceon which have been selectively bred for Speed IV's for centuries. At the price of defense... Not again!
D-units: Articuno: 15-10(18)-7-12(20), Fast, Toxin, Siege, "Ice" (Fire) Breath, Flight, Ranged, Mount, Tundra Capable, 250 upkeep.
Though only 1 Articuno is to be found in Kanto or any other region, Erfworld proves ideal for finding these monstrosities. Excellent at attacking, they suffer from the same problem as Glaceon and Froslass.
-Naval-
- Spoiler:
- Sloops: Walrein: 12-2-2-5-8, Heavy, Water Capable, 60 upkeep.
Brilliant! High-hits units that can carry a stack. What's the problem... What do you mean, Attack and Defense!?
Galleys: Dewgong: 8-10-4-5-16, Ranged, Water Capable, 90 upkeep.
Ugh. Here's the Attack, you're NEVER getting Defense! NEVER! Ranged, high attack, 2 stack cargo!
Galleons: Lapras: 10-7-6-12-40, Water Capable, 130 upkeep.
Well, some of the best troop transports out there--Fast, carry 5 stacks. These are not Warships, however.
In the future, I might edit in some pictures from the official sites to add fluff for little or no work. Not today, however. Maybe tomorrow.

Re: [SIDE] Snowpoint
I like your side, a lot. Guess you're gonna pray for a carnymancer? Gotta catch 'em all
Still have to go over the numbers, but I trust that they are okay.
You are #1 in the queue

Re: [SIDE] Snowpoint
Actually, a turnamancer--Pokemon XD and Colosseum have always been my favorite games, and the protagonist steals snags corrupted Pokemon from people to purify them.
So, I think I've already established that my side will be a bunch of dogmatic Inquisitors, calling "turning units" "purifying souls," and executing prisoners en masse.

Re: [SIDE] Snowpoint
So your standard tactic will be: capture, then croak with low level units to level them quickly?

Re: [SIDE] Snowpoint
Also, I didn't list "Heavy" as a Special for Articuno. Just act like it's there and everything will be alright.
...I have no idea what you're talking about.

Okay, notice for everybody: I've now changed my Galleon-class ship.
Just to keep you in the loop--don't want it to be a nasty surprise.

In my attempt to only surprise people after the game starts, I'll announce that I've de-useless-ized my B-units.
